Access Voicemail via CMS Portal: CONFIG > GENERAL > DESTINATIONS
The first screen/dashboard that the user will see after clicking on the Destinations tab will be:
How to add a Destinations?
Step 1: Click the + Add Destinations on the top left to add a new destination.
Step 2: Enter the route information below and Click Save once complete.
Mandatory parameters are marked with an asterisk () icon against the file name and must be filled out before saving/submitting the destination details form. Clicking on the 'Cancel' button will discard the form changes and take the user back to the dashboard.
Description of Destination-Add Details fields:
Form Fields | Description |
---|---|
Line of Business | Select the line of business from the drop-down list. |
Destination | This is the DID a caller will call. |
Actions | From the drop-down list, select where the call will go after it enters the Toku CCaaS platform. |
Description | A way to organize what this destination is used for. |
Step 3: Click Save to Add Voicemail once complete and click Cancel to discard the added voicemail.
How to Search an existing Destination?
Step 1: Click the Advanced Search on the left for an existing Destination.
Step 2: After clicking, you will see the below screen:
Enter all the details as mentioned for the desired search.
Step 3: Click Search to view the desired destination details. Click clear to discard the search.
