To add a new IVR menu click on the + Add IVR Menu on the top left.
Enter the IVR Menu details below and Click Save once complete.
- Line of Business: Select the line of business from the drop down list.
- Name: A way to organize what this IVR is used for.
- Greet Long: The long greeting when entering the menu. Select the next action from the drop down list.
If selecting "Say", fill out the text box which Toku CCaaS platform will convert text to speech.
- Greet Short: The short greeting when entering the menu. Select the next action from the drop down list.
If selecting "Say", fill out the text box which Toku CCaaS platform will convert text to speech.
- Options:Define caller options for the IVR menu.
- Option: Enter the "Digit" the caller will press.
- Destinations: From the drop down list, select where the call will go after the caller it enters the digit.
- Description: Enter a description to help organize and define what this option is used for.
- Timeout: The number of milliseconds to wait after playing the greeting. The default value is “3000” miliseconds.
- Exit Action: From the drop down list, select the exit action to be performed if the IVR exits.
- Description: A way to organize what the IVR Menu is used for.
To search an IVR click on the Advanced Search option on the top.
- Name: Enter the full/partial name of the IVR Menu or the description used for.
- Line of Business: Select the line of business from the drop down list.
