Access Voicemail via CMS Portal: CONFIG > GENERAL > VOICEMAIL.
The first screen/dashboard that the user will see after clicking on the Voicemail tab will be:

How to add a Voicemail?
Step 1: Click the + Add Voicemail on the top left to add a new voicemail.
Step 2: A new Voicemail - Add page opens for the user to enter the Voicemail Details information. The screenshot for reference is below:
Mandatory parameters are marked with an asterisk () icon against the file name and must be filled out before saving/submitting the voicemail details form. Clicking on the 'Cancel' button will discard the form changes and take the user back to the dashboard.
Description of Add-Voicemail Details fields:
Form Fields | Description |

Line of Business | Select the line of business from the drop-down list. |
Voicemail ID | This field represents the ID for the voicemail which is a 7-digit auto-generated number. Note: This ID can't be changed once saved. |
Password | Create a password for the Voicemail. |
Greeting | Play a sound file upon calling the Voicemail extension. |
Mail To | In this field, enter the email address to send the voicemail to. |
Step 3: Click Save to Add Voicemail once complete and click Cancel to discard the added voicemail.
How to Search an existing Voicemail?
Step 1: Click the Advanced Search on the left for an existing Voicemail.
Step 2: After clicking, you will see the below screen:
Enter all the details as mentioned for the desired search.
Step 3: Click Search to view the desired voicemail details. Click clear to discard the search.
