1.Backend Enhancement: We have improved the available stuck agents (when the user closes the browser/tab, the available agents still reside in the system) upon forced closing of the browser/tab.

1.New Feature: We have added an Auto Dial Feature (Progressive Dialer)
Progressive Dialers are auto dialers used to place outbound calls. By using progressive auto dialing, call centre agents don't have to manually dial each number on their contact list when making outbound phone calls.
2.Other Improvements: We have fixed the Call Details Report (CDR) sorting issues under Reports.
