Toku Agent Portal
1.Enhanced the manual call portal: Showing "Trying to Connect "before the call connects to the agents, and once the call is connected, it will show the time as per the "00:00" format.
Toku Admin Portal
1.Frontend Enhanced: "Expiring Link Page" for the password change will redirect to the change the password page again instead of the "Error Page."
2.Other Improvements: The agent summary will now match with the Call Detail Report (CDR) for inbound and outbound calls.
3.Performance Improvements: Improved loading time of the user management portal.
4.Other Improvements: The default time zone will be the customer's time zone instead of returning to the "Singapore Time Zone."
