- We have implemented Fax Server in the TOKU CMS portal.
- We have implemented Call Block in the TOKU CMS portal.
Fax Server: This service handles the transmission of Facsimile over the VoIP network. Users will be able to receive or send a fax. This page allows admins to configure the Fax Server for their business needs.
Access Fax Server via CMS Portal: CONFIG > GENERAL > FAX SERVER
Call Block: This service enables users to define criteria so that unwanted calls 'to' and/or 'from' a specified phone number can be blocked.
Access Call Block via CMS Portal, by going to: CONFIG > GENERAL > CALL BLOCK
- We have fixed the formula for the Recording Duration.
- We have adjusted Hangup by Value. This field has three options: Operator, Customer, and Agent. A complete SIP response (status codes) list with descriptions is available here.
- We have fixed Agent Location Column in Agent Session Report.
