Whatever service you use at Toku, there are a number of different ways you can get reports.
As of November 2020, we made statistics and data related to basic usage and quality of Voice and SMS available for some customer accounts.
We will continue to provide additional reports and analytics capability and share that with our customers through the customer portal.
Of course, if you are using a service like Toku Connect, you have access to very detailed reporting capabilities within that service, too.
