Dialpad |
Dialpad is where you can key in the number for making the call. You can always return to the dialer after clicking on the Dialpad icon. |
Address Book |
The address book is to access your contacts for quick dialing. |
Call History |
Call history is where you see the recent call logs, including outbound and inbound calls. |
Do Not Disturb |
The Do Not Disturb feature gives you the luxury to set your availability to receive calls by toggling the icon on and off. |
Settings |
Settings allow you to access your account details and set your preferences here. |
Profile Icon + Status Indicators |
Status Indicator allows you to view your availability.

Call |
The Call icon allows you to dial a contact after keying in the number. |
Blind Transfer |
Blind transfer is when you transfer the caller to another agent without speaking to the new agent first. |
Attendant Transfer |
An attended transfer is when the call is put on hold before transferring to the destination, and another call is initiated. This is to confirm whether the other party wants to take the call. |
