How to Make an Outbound/Outgoing Call?
Step 1: Click on the Dialpad Icon to have a dialer pad in front of you.
Step 2: Key in the number of users you want to call with the country code without adding the "+" at the start or find the user's contact from the address book.
For Example: If the number of the user is 123123123 and the country code is +789, then you need to dial "789123123123" on the dialer.
Step 3: Click on the Call Icon to make the call.
Step 4: While you're making the call, the outbound call will show you three different call states:
- Trying: When the call is trying to connect with the end user.
- Ringing: When the call is ringing on the end user side.
- Established: When the end-user has picked up the call, and the call is well connected.

How to receive an Inbound/Incoming Call?
Step 1: When you receive an inbound/incoming call, you will see the following screen:

Step 2: Click on the green color call button to receive the call.
How to Add a Contact?
Step 1: Click on the Address Book Icon.
Step 2: You will see the below screen and click on the "+" sign to add a new contact.

- Enter "Display Name," which is the user's name.
- Enter "URI, " the user's phone number or SIP ID.
- Click Save to save the contact.
Note: We currently do not have the "Enable Busy Lamp Field (BLF)" and delete contact feature.
Step 4: Click on the Address Book Icon to view the recently added contacts.
How to View the Recent Calls/Call History?
Step 1: Click on the Call History Icon.
Step 2: You can now view the recent calls/call history.

Step 3: Click on the contact you would like to know all the call history, and you will see the below screen, which will give you the three options:
- Call Back option,
- View all previous call records like, all calls, outgoing calls, incoming calls, and missed calls.
- Delete the record.

How to Change the Notifications/Ringtone Settings?
Step 1: Click on the Settings Icon.

Step 3: Select Ringtone for the inbound/incoming calls and Text-tone from the drop-down menu. |

How to Record all the Calls?
Step 1: Click on the Settings Icon.

Step 4: Enable "Record all calls" when you enable this, all the calls will be recorded automatically on your device.
Step 5: You can enable or disable "Automatically delete recordings" anytime; you will have the following options:
- Keep Forever
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 3 months
- 6 months
Step 6: You can enable or disable "Warning beep" anytime. A warning beep will beep every 15 seconds to notify the remote party that the conversation is being recorded.
