This page allows users to add, view, download, import, and search CMS Users for your business or organization.
Access CMS Users via Admin Portal: CONFIG > USER MANAGEMENT > CMS USERS.
The first screen/dashboard that the user will see after clicking on the CMS Users will be:
|This field represents the assigned username of the CMS User. This number is unique for every CMS User.|
|Name||This field represents the name of the CMS User.|
The field represents the email of the CMS User in the Admin Portal.
This field represents the role of the CMS User in the Admin Portal.
|Action column includes different activities where users can modify the existing CMS Users entry. Below are the available options:
1. Edit (): Click on the Edit icon to open the CMS Users details and make necessary changes to the entry, then click save. To discard the changes, click on cancel.
2. Delete (): Clicking this icon deletes the selected CMS Users in the dashboard.
How to add a new CMS User?
Step 1: Click the + Add Users on the top left to add a new CMS User.
Step 2: A new "CMS Users - Add" page opens for the user to enter the CMS User details. The screenshot for reference is below:
Mandatory parameters are marked with an asterisk () icon against the file name and have to be filled out before saving/submitting the CMS Users Details form. Clicking on the 'Cancel' button will discard the form changes and take the user back to the dashboard.
Description of CMS User details fields:
|Username||Create a CMS User's username.|
|Password||Create a password for the CMS User.|
|Name||Add name of the CMS User.|
|Add email address of the CMS User.|
|Roles||This field represents the role of the CMS User in the Admin Portal.|
|Line of Business||Select the line of business from the drop-down list.|
|Supervisor Assigned||Assign the supervisor to the CMS User from the dropdown list.|
|Status||Switch is "ON" to show the active agent and "OFF" to show the inactive CMS User.|
|MFA||Multi-Factor Authentication- to add a layer of protection to the sign-in process.|
Step 3: Click Save and Add CMS User once complete. To discard, click on cancel.
How to Download CMS Users?
Step 1: Click on the Download button as shown in the below screenshot:
All the CMS Users will be downloaded to your device. Check the browser downloads or your download file location to view the file. The file will download in excel format. Below is the screenshot for your reference:
How to Import CMS Users?
Step 1: Click on the Import button as shown in the below screenshot:
Step 2: Add an attachment from your device in the format of XLS, XLSX Only. Click Import to import the file and cancel to discard the import. The below screenshot is for your reference:
How to Search existing CMS Users?
Step 1: Click the Advanced Search on the left for existing CMS Users.
Step 2: After clicking, you will see the below screen:
Enter all the details as mentioned for the desired search.
Step 3: Click Search to view the desired CMS User details. Click clear to discard the search.
