1. Feature Enhancement:
1. We have added three new metrics in the Real-Time Dashboard tab which are:
- VSAT Score (Vendor Satisfaction Score) under CMS>Real Time>Dashboard>General
- Hanged Up (By Agents) for the inbound and outbound calls.
- Total Hanged Up (By Customer) for the inbound and outbound calls.
- Total Hanged Up (Others) for the inbound and outbound calls.
- Connected Call Percentage for outbound calls.
- Total Calls More Than 50 Seconds for outbound calls.
You can access these by:
- CMS->Real-Time->Dashboard-> Outbound
- CMS->Real-Time->Dashboard-> Inbound
2. We have added the outbound Caller ID in the Exported CDR File.
You can access it by CMS->Report->Call Detail Reports->Export->Downloaded File
3. In the Real-Time Agents view, we have added Toggle Table View. Now users can toggle between tile view and table view in the agent dashboard.

2. Other Improvements:
- We have fixed the Search Button Glitch.
- We have fixed the License Page Issue so that users can now view graphical statistics.
- We have fixed the Agent Missing in Call Centre Queue Page.
