Toku Agent Portal
1. Feature Enhancement: We have added an extra logic in the wrap-up screen to improve the syncing of the Case ID in our CDR. If the call does not have any Case ID synced, a pop-up will appear for the agent to manually sync the Case ID.
Toku Admin Portal
1. Feature Enhancement: All roles no longer need to have real-time dashboard permissions before they can access our admin portal. When users log in, they will be redirected to their first menu.
2. Other Improvements:
- We have fixed the issue where the total abandoned calls were incorrect in some cases.
- We have fixed the issue where the queue filter was not working properly.
- We have fixed the issue where the inbound and outbound call reports were showing incorrect values.
