1. Feature Enhancement: The 'Add Agent in Call Queue Center Mapping' page has undergone improvements to enhance user experience and mitigate human errors. Users can now add agents only from the selection box. We have disabled the manual free text agent input, eliminating the potential for mistakes during manual input.
2. Other Improvements:

We have addressed the issue where the dropped calls report and the CDR report were not aligning, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
