1. Feature Enhancement:
- We have introduced a new feature that allows for the real-time modification of format metrics, such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Total Call Duration, directly on the Real Time>Dashboard → Outbound Call.
- We have introduced a new feature that updates the dashboard formula, enhancing the accuracy of picked-up rates, total hang-ups by agents, and the connected call percentage.
- We have introduced a new feature that incorporates an agent filter on the Real Time>Dashboard>Outbound, offering a more tailored and efficient monitoring experience.
2. Other Improvements:
- We have removed Total Calls More Than 30 Seconds Metrics in Real Time>Dashboard>Outbound.
- Fixed bug related to the discrepancy where served calls were not tallying with the CDR, guaranteeing accurate call records.
