Minimum: 8 GB.
Recommended: 8 GB or higher.
Storage:
Minimum: 128 GB SSD or HDD with sufficient free space for browser and files.
Recommended: 256 GB SSD for faster performance.
Display:
Minimum resolution: 1366 x 768.
Recommended: Full HD (1920 x 1080).
Peripherals:
Headset with noise cancellation and built-in microphone (e.g., USB or 3.5mm jack).
Network Adapters:
Wi-Fi 802.11ac or Ethernet support for wired connections.
Browser Requirements:

Speed:
Minimum: 5 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload per agent.
Recommended: 10 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload or higher for enhanced call quality and reports download.
Dual-band routers with QoS (Quality of Service) to prioritize VoIP traffic.
Backup Connection:
Secondary internet source (e.g., mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) to ensure continuity during outages.
