Malaysia Subscriber Registration – Toku

Subscriber registration

Subscriber type supported	Business end user only
Location of subscriber	Geographic Numbers - The subscriber address must be within the telephone area code of Malaysia. National VoIP Numbers - The subscriber address must be within Malaysia.
Registration details	All of the below are required prior to number provision. Please send all details to Toku for storage and Toku will then provide confirmation of receipt responses prior to activation of the number. Please send these details through to numbers@toku.co

Subscriber Contact name	Required
Subscriber Contact number	Required - please validate prior by confirming you have contacted the subscriber via this number.
Subscriber Contact email	Required- please validate prior by confirming you have contacted the subscriber via this email address and email domain should match business registered.
Business registration ID	Required - please validate against local government business registry. Obtain the business registration document for the subscriber that has the following logo: https://www.ssm.com.my/Pages/e-Search.aspx Select the drop down with the words “company registration” Select the appropriate drop down that relates to the length of the registration ID provided within the document: old registration IDs are 4 to 10 digits new registration IDs are 12 digits Check the search response for the name on the “Entity Type” to match the name on the document. Check the “Status” as existing.
Business Registration document proof	Required
Proof of Address	Required if Business Registration Document does not indicate the relevant address within the telephone area code of the applicable number being registered. The Proof of Address document will be a utility bill that indicates the relationship back to the business entity. The utility bill must be dated within the past 6months.
