Why is my Singapore CLI being presented as an International call with the "+" symbol?
In the early part of 2020, the Singapore Telecoms Regulator (IMDA) had directed all operators to add the “+” sign as a prefix to all calls originating from outside of Singapore.
To comply with this regulatory direction Toku reviews your subscriber location and for those subscribers with Singapore Level3 numbers where the subscriber is located outside of Singapore Toku will add the “+” sign as a prefix to the CLI. This action is in compliance with the requirements of the IMDA.
Singapore Level6 numbers will not be affected as the numbering service for this range must be allocated only to subscribers within Singapore.
If you believe the CLI for your Singapore Level3 numbering service is being incorrectly presented please contact our support team.
