Error messages during call wrap-up have been resolved. Reports now display accurate and consistent data, with duplicated or inconsistent records removed from Interaction History and After Call Survey output.

Wrap-up Error Message Display in CRM -
An intermittent error message that appeared on the widget after outbound calls during the wrap-up process has been resolved. The error, which persisted even after logging out, refreshing the portal, and clearing cache or cookies, was related to a failed request resulting in a 400 (Bad Request) error.
Interaction History Report displays duplicated interactions -
An issue causing duplicated interaction records to appear in the Interaction History Report has been resolved. Generated reports now show unique interactions as expected.
After Call Survey Report -
Data inconsistencies when downloading the After Call Survey Report for the same date have been resolved. Reports generated with identical criteria now display consistent information for all calls and survey responses.
