The Dashboard Management page allows users to create, edit, and organise dashboards so they can easily monitor key call insights and analytics in one place.
Creating Dashboards
There is a button which can be used by an admin to create a new Dashboard. Clicking on the button opens up new page to add the necessary details and create a new Dashboard. You can modify these details at any time and additional information is provided in the Editing/ Deleting Dashboards section.
Please note that the system allows you to create a maximum of five dashboards at any time. Once this limit is reached, you must delete an existing dashboard before creating a new one.

| Dashboard Name | When creating a new dashboard, users must provide a unique dashboard name to clearly identify it. It is recommended to use a descriptive name that reflects the dashboard’s purpose or content.

| Select Date | Users also need to select the date range by specifying the start date and end date fields. This date selection specifies the time period for which the call data and analytics will be shown on the dashboard. |
Adjusting the date range:
Use the date range selector at the top of the dashboard to control which period of data is displayed. Users can specify a custom start and end date to focus on a specific analysis window.
Switching Dashboards
Use the dashboard dropdown to switch between available dashboards. Selecting a different dashboard updates the view to show its own set of widgets, filters, and configurations.
