Adding Widgets
There is an Add Widget button
which can be used by an admin to create a new Widget. Clicking on the button opens up new page to add the necessary details and create a new Widget. You can modify these details at any time and additional information is provided in the Editing/ Deleting Widgets section.
Please note that the system allows you to create a maximum of six widgets at any time. Once this limit is reached, you must delete an existing widget before creating a new one.
| Field Name | Definition |
| Widget Name | Name of the widget as it will appear on the dashboard. Use a clear, descriptive name that reflects the metric or insight being shown. |
| Description | Text that explains the purpose of the widget. Helps other users understand what data is being displayed and how it should be used. |
| Filters | Defines which data the widget will use. Users can select filters so the widget only shows relevant call records. Additional information is provided in the Adding Filters for Widgets section. |
| Visualisation Widget | Allows users to choose how the data is displayed, such as a Pie Chart, Line Chart, Venn Diagram or List Widget.. Selecting the appropriate visualisation helps make the insight easier to read and interpret. Additional information is provided in the Adding Visualisation Widgets section. |
Adding Filters for Widgets
| Field Name | Definition |
| Category | Specifies the data category to filter on, such as General, User, Agent or Metadata. Selecting a category determines which tags are available in the next field. |
| Tag | Selects the specific tag within the chosen category (for example, Positive, Negative, Agent Helpful). This tells the system which labelled attribute of the calls the filter should apply to. Additional information on the tags for each category is provided in the Categories and their Tags section. |
| Operation | Defines how the selected tag and value should be compared, such as equals, not equals, greater than, less than, or contains. This controls the logic used to include or exclude records in the widget. |
| Value | The target value used with the selected operation, such as a logical value (True/ False) or a value. The widget will only display data from calls that meet all configured filter conditions. |

Adding Visualisation Widgets
There is a
dropdown button to choose the type of visualisation you want. Choose from either a Pie Chart, Line Chart, Venn Diagram or List Widget.
Use the button to to configure additional segments within the same chart. This enables comparison of multiple tags (for example, Customer Calm vs Customer Agitated vs Customer Rude Abusive) in a single visualisation.
| Field Name | Definition |
| Title | Enter a clear, descriptive title for each series or category shown in the chart. This title will appear in the legend or label so users can easily understand what each line, slice or list item represents. |
This controls the logic used to include or exclude records in the visualisation. |
| Value | The target value used with the selected operation, such as a logical value (True/ False) or a value. The visualisation will only display data that meet these conditions. |
Note:
When using a list widget, the fields 'Operation' and 'Tag' are not required for some metadata and, in many cases, do not affect what is displayed in the widget.
Admins can leave the Operation as “Not Equal” condition and its Value "0" when they are not needed. This is the current expected behaviour of the List widget configuration, and these options may be ignored for now if they are not relevant to the desired output.
Editing/ Deleting Widgets
To modify an existing widget, click the Edit button on the widget tile. This opens the Edit Widget Configuration form, where you can update the widget name, filters, and visualisation settings. After making the required changes, click the Save button to apply the updates to your dashboard or Cancel button
to discard the changes.
To remove a widget from the dashboard, click the Delete button on the same control. A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental deletion. Once confirmed, the widget is permanently removed from the dashboard layout and will no longer appear in the dashboard view.
