This release brings an increased Preview Dialer contact import limit of 15,000 and introduces outbound email capability for the Omnichannel platform, allowing agents to initiate new email conversations with customers. Key bug fixes have been addressed.

Dropdown Search Functionality -
The Agent Portal now includes enhanced dropdown search functionality in the Status dropdown, allowing agents to quickly search and select statuses for improved efficiency

Preview Dialer Contact Import Limit Increased -
The maximum number of contacts that can be imported into the Preview Dialler in a single operation has been increased to 15,000. This enhancement enables users to manage larger contact lists more efficiently.
Email Channel: Outbound Emails -
Support for sending new outbound emails through the Omnichannel platform is now available. Agents can initiate email conversations with customers directly from the system.
🛠️Bug Fixes
Real Time Dashboard -
The abandoned call count in the Incoming tab has been corrected to ensure only truly abandoned calls are included, resolving previous discrepancies. Inconsistencies between the real-time dashboard and reports have also been addressed, so abandoned call figures now match across both views.
