This release introduces the ability to send SMS messages directly from the Action Centre in the agent portal, with full visibility of each message in activities and reports.

✨New Features

Send SMS from Action Centre -

Agents can now send SMS using the existing Action Centre UI, with each SMS recorded as an activity including agent ID, message text, destination number and delivery status. A new SMS report lists all SMS sent by agents, including agent details, destination, message text and delivery status with delivery timestamp, to support tracking.
