This release brings fixes to call records and performance reporting. Calls that were previously recorded with zero duration will now show the correct call length in the Agent Portal. Average Call Transaction Time in the Performance Indicator reports will also be calculated consistently across monthly and daily views.
This release is part of a staged rollout and will become available in your region once your scheduled deployment for this run has completed.

Calls With Zero Call Duration -
In the Agent Portal, an issue where some calls were recorded with zero call duration will be resolved. Call records will show the correct call duration for these affected calls.
Performance Indicator Report Discrepancy -
In the Admin Portal, an issue where the Performance Indicator report showed different Average Call Transaction Time values between the monthly and daily versions for the same agent and period has been resolved. Monthly and daily Performance Indicator reports now calculate Average Call Transaction Time consistently using the same aggregation logic.
