Singapore Do Not Call Register

The Singapore DNC is managed by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Organisations that are sending “Telemarketing” calls/texts/fax towards Singapore telephone numbers are obliged to check the Singapore DNC to ensure that they are compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 within Singapore.

The DNC Registry does not cover:

• Marketing messages or calls from organisations with whom you there is an ongoing relationship, if the messages are about products or services that are in use.

• Messages that are part of a market survey or research; 

• Messages related to charitable or religious causes;

• Personal messages sent by individuals;

• Public messages sent by government agencies;

• Political messages; or

• Telemarketing calls or messages sent to a business (i.e. B2B).
