This page is a dashboard view for all the agents already added under selected Line of Business.
Agents:
Access the Agents tab via Toku Admin Portal: Admin Portal> Configuration > User Management > Agents. Page screenshot is available below:
Agents Count: Displays the count of approved review requests which are available for rollback. The system allows up to 3 rollback requests in the list.
Add Agent Button: There is a button which can be used by authorized admin users to create a new Agent account. Clicking on the button opens up new page to add the necessary details and create a new account. More details can be read in Add/Edit Agent Page section.
Search Tab: Allows users to search within 'Agents' list dashboard. Users can search with any keyword from the Name or Username fields.
Filters: This dropdown option allows users to filter based on the factors below:
- Status: Used to filter the dashboard with certain statuses. The User gets an option to select All status else can select one or more status(es) as per the requirement to see the final results in the list table. Allowed status for an Agent list is Active and Inactive.
Clear All: This button allows users to clear all the selected filters. 'Clear All' is available only when custom filters are added by the users.
Agent List Fields

Status |
Shows the current state of the Agent account. The applicable status is below:

Action |
open up the edit page for an existing user account. More details can be read in Add/Edit Agent Page section. icon gives authorized admin users ability to delete an Agent account. Once deleted it can't be recovered. It is suggested to set status to Inactive for temporary disabling of account. |
Add/Edit Agent Page: Add and Edit are two separate pages with the same fields. However, when Add Agent page is opened all fields are empty, which are to be filled to create a new account.
On the contrary, edit Agent page opens up an existing agent account with at least all the mandatory fields updated is shown. Using this page, agent details can be updated.
Save Button: This can be used to save the changes done in the Add/Edit Agent page.
Cancel Button: Clicking this takes user back to the Agent dashboard without saving the changes in Add/Edit Agent page.
Fields in the "Add/Edit - Details" section are:

Password | A password will be system-generated. |
Name | Name of the Agent. |
Email ID of the Agent. Please make sure this id is correct, and login detail will be shared here and Toku portals are secured with email-based OTP authentication. | |

This field can be used to map add one or more countries with an Agent. |
Team |
An Agent can be mapped with one or more Teams based on business requirements. |
Toggle |
Status: Agent's account can be enabled or disabled using this toggle option. Toggle options are: Active: When an account is enabled, status is set to Active. Agent is allowed to log in to Toku Agent portal for Active state. Inactive: When an account is disabled, status is set to Inactive. Agent will not be allowed to log in to Toku Agent portal for Inactive state. |
Note: Once the account is successfully created, the Agent will receive the login credentials in their registered email.
Any field marked * will be a mandatory field and must be entered to successfully create or edit an Agent account.
Add Skillset Button: It is used to map new Skill (s) to the Agent in the Add/Edit Agent page. Clicking this opens up a popup page.
Delete Button: By default, this button is disabled. Once user selects one or more skills from the skill table delete button is enabled. On clicking, all selected skill sets are un-mapped from the Agent.
Fields in the "Add/Edit - Skill" section are:

Skills | Name of the skillset. |
Proficiency | This is used to mark the skill level of the agent for each skill. The system allows skill levels to be marked in 5 levels, with 5 solid dots showing the highest proficiency. Dark dots can be read to know proficiency level. |

icon gives admin users the ability to unassign the Skillset mapping with an Agent account. It can be mapped again per business requirements. |
Add Skillset Popup page is used to map an existing skillset to an agent account. The screenshot is available below:
Search: Allows users to search within 'Skillset' name displayed in the list below.
Cancel Button: Cancel any Skillset selection and close the Skillset pop-up.
Next Button: Saves all the skillset selected and map them with the user account. Admin users must then set the proficiency level for each skillset.
Note: To add a new skillset in the list above, an authorized admin user has to do it from Admin Portal > Configuration > Others > Skill.
