As per security policy, if any user tries to login to the platform with wrong credentials, the system will automatically Block / Ban the User after 5 wrong tries.
Admin's can Unblock / UnBan the user from the Admin Portal.
Navigate to Settings -> User Management - Ban / Block Section
Select the User and click on the unblock Under the Action for that particular user.
Note: Since this is a security feature, it is the responsibility of the admin to make sure the correct users are unblocked. Please make sure the password is "Reset" and the users are informed. Wrong activation could have adverse effects.
