Dashboard Header
Microphone: The microphone icon shows whether your microphone is enabled or disabled. When the microphone is active, the icon appears green. When the microphone is muted, the icon turns red. These visual cues help you understand the current state of your systems based on your laptop or desktop settings.
Speaker: The speaker icon shows whether your audio output is enabled or muted. When the audio is active, the icon appears green. When the audio is muted, the icon turns red.
Green Lock: The green lock indicates the connection is connected and secured.
Red Lock: The red padlock indicates the connection is not established. This might impact the services and users must contact their admins if the issue persists or reach out to the Toku support.
The below pop-up message will appear when the internet is unstable.
Broadcast message: Broadcast messages or broadcast banners will be displayed at the top of every page till midnight of the day it is sent or the expiry date whichever is earlier. However, all the broadcast messages whose expiry date is after midnight of the date it was sent, will be available to be seen in the Internal Broadcast>Message section until expiry.
For example:
Call Icon: The call icon is located at the top right corner, and it shows the status of the users. A green circle around the call icon shows the user is in Available state e.g. , while a red circle shows the user is on a Call/Busy state or other red status as configured by admins.
The default status when an agent logs in will be red-busy. Agent must change the state to Available state, when ready to take customer requests.
Click on the "Call Icon" - dropdown menu to change your status.
Allow microphone access to your browser settings. The following pop-up message will appear when the microphone is disabled.
Notifications Icon: This is the notification icon , and it shows users the number of notifications they have received. When users click on the notification icon, it provides them with options to read all notifications and unread notifications.
Help Icon: This is the help icon , and users can find user guides and FAQs here.
Profile: This is the user’s profile , where users can change the Account Settings and Logout from the application.
Account Settings: The Account Settings allow users to change their password and time zone as per their requirements.
To change the password, enter the current one, type the new password, then confirm the new password. Click the "Update" button to confirm and the "Cancel" button to discard the password change request.
To change the time zone, toggle from the Password tab to the Timezone tab, then click on the dropdown menu to select the required time zone from the list. Click the "Update" button to confirm and the "Cancel" button to discard the request.
Dialpad: A sticky dialpad will be available on all the user’s pages allowing them to dial a number at any point in time. The Dialpad icon is .
After clicking the Dialpad icon, you will see the below panel, where you can view Keypad, Profile, and Wrap Up (hidden by default but is available for configured time post call). For more details on Dialpad, please refer to "Dialpad & Calling Features" article.
Dashboard Footer
The footer of the page allows users to view results per page and navigate from one result page to another.
Note: The pagination numbers will be different for different resolutions (the default is 1080p) in the Dashboard. If more records are available to display, the system will use pagination for the user's benefit.
