When using Toku's Cloud in a browser with multiple tabs open, you may face connection issues if the Toku's Cloud tab isn’t the active one. This is because some browsers automatically put inactive tabs into sleep mode to conserve memory and power, which can interfere with the consistent connection Toku's Cloud needs to operate smoothly.
To prevent these connection problems, consider disabling the sleep mode feature in your browser. While this setting is generally beneficial for performance, it can lead to issues like agents being removed from queues, auto-answer functionality halting, or connections to the WebRTC Media Helper being dropped.
If you're experiencing these issues, keeping Toku's Cloud as the active tab or adjusting your browser settings can help ensure a stable connection.
