REGISTRATION
The contact will receive an email and should follow the details provided in the User Registration section.
Once the registration is complete the main contact can then proceed to manage Subscriber details within the site.
The user contact will receive an email like the below.
This email is to register onto Toku`s Microsoft SharePoint site where the Subscriber Registry Storage is held. The sender domain will be Microsoft however it will indicate this is on behalf of Toku Pte Ltd.
Please follow the link to begin the registration.
The registration process will request you provide permissions to Toku to read your name, email, and photo. The name and email are required specifically for the verification and login management process. Toku does not access nor store your photo, this is a default aspect of Microsoft SharePoint that we are unable to amend (a photo is not required by Toku).
The registration process will then request to provide an additional security layer by enabling two factor authentication.
Microsoft supports mobile authentication applications.
And it also supports SMS verification.
This should conclude the registration of the user contact onto Toku`s Microsoft SharePoint site where the Subscriber Registry Storage resides.
