Resetting a user due to changes to Microsoft Authenticator
There will be times when a user has changed their MS Authentication application details.
Typically, this is because the mobile phone used has changed or the contact phone numbers has changed, etc.
This results in the MS application requiring a connection reset to our platform for that particular user.
