Resetting a user due to Account Block
Microsoft protects user accounts due to misuse and conducts a lock on the account if it deems required from too many incomplete login attempts.
There are two sides to the Microsoft accounts being used for the Subscriber Registry.
There is the overall Microsoft account ownership side which is controlled by the user themselves.
And then there is the subscriber platform side which is controlled by Toku.
The user will see an alert as per the below example and this will indicate as to which entity conducted the block due to misuse.
As you can see from the above image this example indicates Toku as the entity to contact, if the entity name was any other than Toku please use the following link and also seek your internal company`s IT support team to conduct the unblock.

If the entity name shows Toku was the entity that conducted the block please raise an email request to regulatory@toku.co
