Gain access to the Registry
Toku subscriber registry is a dedicated and restricted SharePoint Site solely for the purpose of recording the details of a registered subscriber for Toku numbering services. Toku does not conduct any secondary KYC activities upon such.
THE SUBSCRIBER REGISTRY SITE IS ONLY IN USE FOR SINGAPORE TELEPHONE NUMBERS.
For other countries please maintain your own registry.
The registry details are required to be stored for access as part of regulatory compliance. The storage and access to the subscriber registry is highly restricted to required personnel only. Toku is ISO 27001 compliant along with compliance to the Singapore PDPA and will adhere to data processing guidelines as contractually obliged.

As a new customer as part of your onboarding you will have been provided access and your dedicated URL however if you have other colleagues in your team then adding them is also possible.

Add your Subscriber details
Toku utilises Microsoft Excel as the repository due to its ease of use with all levels of technical ability.
Microsoft Excel can also be incorporated into many data feed types and used as part of an automated solution for those that make numerous changes continuously.
You are required to add a row of data per telephone number allocated in accordance with the requirements set out as part of the subscriber registration.

The registry also includes a section to upload your proofing documents that support the evidence of your subscribers registration as per detailed within the subscriber registration requirements.

As stated above Toku does not provide secondary validation nor proofing of your subscriber information. However Toku does provide guidance where required to support your KYC activities.
Please note if you have subscribers that are disconnected please provide the disconnection date and keep the entry within the registry for compliance purposes.
