This update brings key enhancements to the Email channel section. Issues with frequent refresh has been resolved.

Email channel: Message Refresh Behaviour -

Email messages in the email queues no longer refresh too frequently. Agents can now reply to emails without interruption.

This enhancement is now available for users in all regions.
