This update brings key enhancements to the Email channel section. Agents can now use "reply all" for email responses. Message reply behaviour has been improved.

Email channel: Reply All Functionality-
A "reply all" option is now available in the agent portal. Agents can successfully reply to all recipients of an email from within the Email Channel.
Email channel: Reply Functionality -
An issue in the agent portal preventing replies to specific email messages has been resolved. All messages can now be replied to as expected.
Availability
These enhancements are now available for users in all regions.
