This update brings updates to the Email channel section. The "All" tab in the Agent Portal has been removed from the interface.

Email channel: All Tab visibility -
The "All" tab in the Email channel section of Agent Portal is now removed from view to streamline the interface and improve user focus on assigned and relevant cases.
✅Known Issues
Caller Hangup Status During Ongoing Call -
The interaction status may incorrectly display 'Caller hangup' while the call is still active with the agent.
Wallboard Agent List Pagination -
Pagination is not currently working for the agent list in the Wallboard Supervisor Panel.

This enhancement is now available for users in all regions.
